Group Gathering

The formation of  personality and as a consequence the formation of self-importance took place in a close contact with people. When we grew up we began to be afraid of such close contacts, we try to expand our life space whenever it was possible. Probably all we noticed that with the increase of years people begin to shrink from making new acquaintances. Why does it happen? Everyone is afraid to hurt each other’s self-importance. If our task is to destroy our self-importance, first of all, it must be discovered and we must see all its movements. For this purpose one needs a group. Only in  close interaction within a group, all our weaknesses and problems will begin to show.

It is necessary to understand that as humans we were formed among the people, we must also destroy our self-importance among the people.

As it was already mentioned  development is a greater extension of interaction with the world, both external and internal. Group gathering is the beginning of one’s greater expansion outwards. We know that when one has a harmonious group it is easier to perform tasks, easier to buid a house, etc., saying nothing of enlightenment.

We must manage to coordinate our development with group gathering to perform a task of group gathering. It is necessary to learn how to cooperate within a collective, to manage to pull a group together, which will not be fanatical-religious but will be based on the mission of its own development. It is enough for a group to have 4 people of different basic psychotypes. The basic initial task of a group is to learn how to understand each other, how to trust each other. It is necessary to create a common field of activity, for example a kind of a business. As an example we can remember the Beetles

The casual group community of the musicians of all 4 basic psychotypes brought unprecedented creative success. Their music did not grow old till recent time, and many contemporaries say that works by the Beetles became a turning point in their life. After the break-up of the group nobody of the musicians could achieve the same heights in their creativity independently. And as this group’s creativity was their end in itself and they did not have common supertask, the group break-up was inevitable.

For some reason all successful businessmen try to gather a strong matched group intuitively, without the hints of these obvious things. However, if a supertask is not put, business becomes the end in itself and involves a very strong inner dialogue and concern, i.e. there’s hyperdevelopment of this direction.

Searching and selection of people for such a collective is a very complicated delicate matter and one should do it with the same responsibility as with searching for one’s wife (or husband). Here true motives will be shown of those who wish to be united. Searching for energy from cooperation or getting energy at the expense of rivalry.

It is clear that if a task is common for all, the community is formed easily. If there’s another unconscious motivation instead of a claimed task, it will be shown very soon.
