All of you probably know Castaneda’s works but though he described the whole process discipleship fully and in detail and it is necessary to remember that all described by Castaneda concerns only him, he was a nagual though with threefold emittance. Besides we shouldn’t forget he was in the group of magitians with tradition for several generations, so, to try to fit this direction blindly would be unright if you’re serious about getting freedom.

At the same time, we can imagine – a fool gets in their magitian group which must be made a magitian. We have one teacher for a great number of diciples, so let's have a real look at things and admit  the form of teaching which we have is not teaching but entertainment.

By learning we mean the sequence of training processes, as a result of which a man from a starting personality level moves toward the integrated personality.

The real change can take place only when a human being of an initial level gets into the social environment where everyone already has mature or integrated personality.

A person which has passed through all stages of personality growth knows with his whole skin, that in order to change something in a man for good, i.e. to get up a man on the next stage  of personality growth, it is necessary to put him in life and death situations, and no clever texts don’t work here. In fact a single person cannot put his diciple at a highe level independently, since he needs a group of the advanced persons.

If masses follow a leader is not teaching. There’s real tteaching only when a diciple gets into the sphere of teachers (advanced persons).  So for it is necessary to form this atmosphere. (Nobody will deny that it is better to go to the country where they speak a certain foreign language in order to learn it).

Besides the very process of gethering is also a training situation. Certainly, for gethering a working group of 5-6 men it will take several years but believe me, the results will exceed expectations.

One whole, the social body (microsociety) can make your life efficiency higher up to a fantastic level which we cannot even imagine.

Why should teaching always be individual? Because for every personality level (consciousness) and for every psychotype should be chosen special practice? Often completely opposite to that which the diciple would like to practise independently.

Besides, the responsibility to teach someone only the one can who has got rid of his self-importance and his motivation in relation to the diciple is determined only by the self-preservation instinct, i.e. the teacher should see his own benefit from this training in the long term and this benefit should not in the sphere of the self-assertion and material benefits.

Any serious teching has the centre and the periphery. By the centre we mean practices for rather small number of people of the mature and integrated personality which have no pity for themselves any more and so they can move with high speed. By the periphery we mean practices for the infant and teenage personality. For the basic number of people which are mostly infant persons a leader should always give simple available practice which can allow for some time to switch off their inner dialogue and redirect the attention into themselves. To such practices we refer prays, meditations, maral norm, norm of behaviour, rituals, gymnastics and other kinds of external discipline (unlike internal discipline, which begins at the next stages of personality development).

So these thing happened to Castaneda. After beginning of a boom in the world when all started eating fly-agarics and peyotes, it was necessary to give the crowd of admirers an available practice, unlike the other practices, but adequate to the same requirements, i.e. it must stop inner dialogue, give physical fitness and because of tits uniqueness, it must give in-feeling to a new teaching. So tensergrity came into being.

Castaneda is gone and together with him his line was finished. To join his group is already impossible, so there’s one way out -it is necessary to start formation of tone’s own line and as it is always difficut to begin from a zero point, I’m sure, very not many people will decide to do it, besides only few people will have results.

What is necessary to start formation of primary basic group which can move towards freedom and to take in its lines diciples one by one?

The first condition is to have a leader who is at a level of the integrated personality, and, as the minimum, he easily defunes psychotypes and consciousness levels, i.e. he can “sees” to some extent.

If you’re a nagual by nature it is necessary to begin with the estimation of the situation. You need to understand the basic principles of gethering.

1. It is impossible to begin group gethering having nothing but an idea. The economic base is necessary.

2. You must gether people one by one, only after one becomes a part of you, it is possible to draw another, even if it takes years. If you break this rule and take some diciples at one time, then because of the pressure level which is necessary for development your diciples ievitably will start to protect their egos unconsciously and to suspect you of anything and to support each other in this suspiciousness. Thus, the strength of idiotism will grow in geometrical progression.

3. It is very easy to gether a group of infant persons but they will bring you to ruin quickly, and you’ll have to start everything from the beginning.

4. The first who join a group are left internals, since they get energy and can stay because of sensation and understanding. The last who join it are right externals, they put all achieved in order.

5. Don’t try hard to be naguals. It is also difficult for a nagual to gether a working group of at least 4 men, as well as for one of the basic psychotypes to find a nagual.

If your objective is to gether a group - uniform body, it’s not so important what missing parts of yourselves you gether – a head, a hand or a leg. Your task is to gether all the elements, and then there is no difference - whether you search for a nagual or a nagual searches for you.

Therefore, if you consider yourself a leader and seek freedom you must start with education of any single person which you take as your diciple taking responsibility for him when leading him up the steps. For acceleration of the process it is necessary to live together, well and, naturally, a place for this purpose. Only when a teacher traces and directs each step of his diciple the progress of development is possible.
